Scale & Corrosion Prevention
Steam boilers evaporate feed water, causing mineral salts to concentrate. High concentrations of calcium and magnesium hardness salts deposit on heat transfer tubes as hard, insulating scale. 1mm of scale causes a ~7% drop in heat transfer index, inflating fuel usage.
Kemique provides formulated phosphate programs and synthetic dispersants that keep scale-forming ions in a fluid, non-sticky sludge form, allowing safe purge via manual or automatic blowdown valves.
Dosing Hardware & Softeners
A complete boiler water program requires mechanical pretreatment. We supply, install, and calibrate water softener resin systems to remove hardness ions before they reach the deaerator or boiler feed tank.
We also provide automated chemical dosing skids comprising PVDF metering pumps, chemical storage tanks, and flow controllers to maintain steady sulfite or amine levels.
